Q: Another Fantasy forum? What's so unique about Azelania?A: We believe in a harmonious communities where any member can make a difference to the site they want to roleplay in. We allow members to create their own races (obviously with permission of the staff members) during certain events. Elements have been made so they can be used uniquely modified to match the interests of the rper.Q: What are the staff in control of?A: Iceliarea is in charge of the entire site. Thysyrael is in charge of upholding rules, character bios and making sure everyone is having a good time. Thebubbleh is in charge of overall forum maintenance and character bios. The three of us share the work equally, although we might have distinctive things we do we all pitch in to allow the forum to run smoothly.Q: 200 words? What if we can't write that?A: It's not a requirement but guidelines, we understand sometimes you may not be able to write that much but we have the guidelines so we can push you in improving your writing style.Q: Is there a word requirement for personality & appearance on the character bio?A: No, as long as you are descriptive and try your hardest to put across all important information about your character it's fine. We have a guideline though of 200 words, so as you progress as a role player you can work towards making your writing longer. OPTIONAL!Q: Is the entire world in ruins?A: Yes, there are little villages where people band together and survive the war. Royalty is non existent, this is so members can choose how they shape Azelania by auditioning for free land. currently only Lysithia is not in ruin due to ruler being alive (NPC).Q: What kind of Realm is it set in?A: Azelania in orbit has two moons and a sun. One of the moon's is the gateway to hell, the sun is the gateway to heaven and the last moon is the gateway to the realms created by the Nenyrs for solitude. There is a floating planet that also orbits around Azelania, called Zyntar originally that is where most of the races originated from but they had to move as there was a massive explosion which made the world inhabitable. The realm itself is bustling with life and although it is currently in ruin the races are thriving.Q: What is Azelania like?A: Azelania is in a state of chaos as the war is still raging. Most of Azelania is in ruins and therefore it's hard to find somewhere to hid and protect yourself. Races have made temporary truces so that they can help each other survive and kill the Nenyrs (Gods).Q: What kind of time setting is Azelania set in?A: Medieval, with some technology being used.Q: How many elements can you start with?A: You can start with TWO elements and if you want more you can later on buy them with money which is awarded by roleplaying.Q: What is the limit with technology?A: The only means of transport around Azelania is by horse and boat. Gun's have been created but are not widely used as they are still experimental and at first stages of creation.Q: Can I make up an ability or mutation for my character?A: Yes, you can make your own abilities and mutations for your character. We want to give as many possibilities to members as possible so they can enjoy their experience in Azelania.Q: How can I become a staff member?A: We choose staff according to how many members we have actively roleplaying in the forum. If there is an increase in which we feel we are unable to do it alone we will open up staff auditions to find willing and able staff members.Q: How long has the war with the Nenyr been raging?A: The war with the Nenyr has been raging around 70-200 years. The date in which it was started is unknown so the numbers have been estimated to around those figures.Q: Can you swear iC?A: Yes, if your character lands in a frustration situation and they have a need to swear then obviously we will not say no. After all I'm sure we all swear at one point.Q: Where do all the powers originate from?A: The most common powers like Darkness come from the Nenyrs where as unique powers such as Lunar come from the core of the planet Azelania itself.Q: Can I edit the bio format to what I want?A: Yes, we don't care what it looks like as long as all the information on the bio template is still in your bio. the we do ask that you keep a table background intact as it makes it look neater.
